Each VIOFO dash cam has a unique serial number (S/N) starting with the model abbreviation. You can find it on the front camera or the original box. The S/N is required for purchasing replacement parts, updating firmware, or warranty claim.

On the front camera

– For most models, the serial number is located on the back of the front camera, covered by the GPS module. You need to remove the GPS module to find it.

– For certain models, the serial number is located on the bracket of the front camera, covered by the removable mount. You need to remove the mount to find it.

The serial number can also be found on the label on the original box.
