“Delivery typically takes as little as 2 days, depending on current stock levels. Since we work with a network of resellers, availability can sometimes fluctuate. If stock isn’t available in Cape Town, we’ll arrange shipment from our Shenzhen office, which usually takes up to 5 days.
We do our best to keep inventory well-stocked, though occasional bulk orders from resellers can impact availability—something that’s sometimes beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to keep you updated on your order every step of the way
We offer free shipping on all orders over R3,000. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of R113.00 (VAT incl.) applies.
Alternatively, you’re most welcome to select local pickup at checkout, whether you’d prefer to collect the order yourself or arrange for your own courier to collect it on your behalf.
