A329S deploys Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 1/1.8” 8MP image sensor that packs in more pixels for greater clarity and detail, achieving less noise in low light and less motion blur in fast motion, capturing exceptionally clear and sharp videos.
The combination of Sony STARVIS 2 technology and HDR feature balances extremely bright and dark areas, revealing details and capturing accurate license plates even in fast move from all-channel recordings.
A329S is powered by advanced Wi-Fi 6 technology, which boosts operation speeds by three times in the 5GHz band, up to 30MB/s, enhancing video previewing, downloading and sharing. A one-minute 4K video can be downloaded in under 10 seconds. It offers significant convenience in case of emergency.

The dashcam supports seamless connectivity to your smartphone via a USB 3.0 data cable, enabling ultra-fast downloads of photos and videos. Specifically, the download speed is up to 55MB/s on iPhone 15 Pro Max. This direct connection also facilitates effortless firmware updates, ensuring access to the latest features and optimal performance.
*USB 3.0 cable is not included. USB 3.0 data transfer is only compatible with devices that support USB 3.0.
A329S features external SSD storage, significantly extending your camera’s recording days, allowing up to over three weeks of footage. Immerse yourself in long-distance driving tour and forget about storage concerns. No more worries about frequent overwriting.

A329S allows to back up footage from the SD card to the SSD, reducing strain on the SD card and storing more important data on the SSD.
Stay focused on driving with voice control. The camera allows you to start recording, take photos, and turn on/off WiFi with simple spoken commands in multiple languages. It can also clearly notify you of settings changes or memory card errors.
The built-in GPS module supports four global navigation satellite systems—GPS, BeiDou, Galileo, and GLONASS—providing detailed location, speed, and time data of the vehicle when playing back video on the VIOFO App or VIOFO PC player.

The dash cam offers two methods to prevent battery drain in parking mode.
The camera automatically stops parking recording based on preset recording duration or voltage cutoff.
The hardwire kit will automatically cut off power supply when it detects a low voltage.
With Geo-Fencing, you can select a specific area where the dash cam will shut down completely instead of entering parking mode when your vehicle stops and powers off. It requires no extra steps and prevents unnecessary battery drain while saving power in the areas you choose. This is especially helpful when your vehicle is parked safely in your home garage.
This parking mode features very low power consumption, preventing battery drain. When the vehicle is turned off, the camera switches to standby. Once detecting an impact, it will wake up in about 2 seconds and start recording for one minute. It captures theft, hit-and-runs, and other incidents to safeguard your car with vital evidence.
A combination of two parking modes: time-lapse 1fps and impact, low bitrate and impact, event detection and impact. The hybrid mode begins with time-lapse 1fps, low bitrate, or event detection, and switches to impact detection based on the cut-off time or voltage.

A329S supports seamless loop recording, automatically overwriting the oldest videos with the newest ones. With the built-in G-sensor, the dash cam will automatically lock the footage in case of collision or crash, replaying the accident scene for investigation.
The 45W car charger, featuring supercharging capability, comes with two Type-C ports for dash cams and other mobile devices, offering great practicality. It is also designed with an indicator light for enhanced convenience when used in the dark.
A CPL (Circular Polarizing Lens) filter can be used to reduce reflections and glare off glass and road surfaces, bringing improved image clarity and contrast.
The Bluetooth remote control can be positioned in a convenient location for safe and easy use while driving. Pressing the middle button will instantly protect current video clip and image. The two buttons on the side can be customized to set different functions.

Dash cams require a memory card that can withstand heavy writing cycles. A high-endurance card, designed especially for heavy use and write-intensive applications, is extremely critical for dash cam recording. Cheap cards are the main cause of most unexplainable recording issues, have poor performance in non-stop writing endurance, and are less likely to withstand harsh conditions.
